[Pokemon - Left 4 Dead]

Very creative, but needs some improvement

As a fan of Pokémon and a HUGE fan of Left 4 Dead, I was very impressed that you came up with such an interesting idea. However, as an audio production major, I feel that there could've been some significant improvements with the sound levels. Your selection of Pokémon music to accompany certain parts of your animation was really well-timed (i.e. when Louis takes the pills) but when I started watching the animation, the music was at a comfortable volume but then out of nowhere that first hunter sound effect came in and almost blew my ears off. Perhaps you could've increased the music volume or lowered the volume of all the L4D SFX a lot. Also, you might wanna look into applying some bit distortion to the L4D sound effects to give them an authentic 8-bit sound so that the Pokémon music and Left 4 Dead SFX have a very similar quality to them. However, as far as art and animation goes, you pretty much nailed it. It's perfect for this animation. The sequence of the battle was excellent as well. Great job!

As a beginner to managing sounds, I made the music quiet to lower it's size, I think lowering the sound fx to 8-bit quality would sound crappy and then no one would shut up about it.

one hell of an animation dude!

soad is my favorite band ever, and no one will ever top them. and the way you portrayed the song bounce was VERY amusing, and just FUCKING AWESOME to sum it all up. i love how u even got a little of marmalade from soad as well for the credits. keep it up!

absolutely hilarious script, it stayed very true to the nature of beavis and butthead, with a NG twist :D

artwork was fucking awesome! i especially liked the part where butthead slaps the shit out of beavis. looked almost identical to how it's done in the show.

i gave you a 10 for sound, because beavis and butthead were immitated better than any other submission in the portal that i've seen. nice sound quality too. propz!

the violence i gave a 3, cuz bob saget ALMOST blew beavis and butthead a new asshole. although i was disappointed that you didn't add stuart. i guess an abrupt ending is always nice when you are getting tired of working on the same flash. great effort!

interactivity i gave a 2, which is better than i usually give for movies. i liked the button artwork.

overall rating: 10. fucking incredible work! KEEP EM COMIN'!!!

LOL, bob saget's laser beam attack is definately a lethal weapon. His jokes on Americas Funniest Home videos are pretty lethal to the ears too. haha.

Hilarious Twisted Looney-Toon-Styled Humor! ROFL!

ROFL! I cracked up so hard! I did not expect the dancing frog to be ripped off but I laughed hysterically. It was twisted but in such an innocent hilarious way! lol i'd watch out now for DEATH threats from PRO-LIFE people (oxymoron but sadly true). those people are fucking lunatics on a quest from god. great movie! keep up the twisted stuff!
